Application

Mix a one-and-a-half tablespoon of the herbal mixture with 650-700 ml (3 cups of tea) of boiling water, cover the pot. After 20 minutes, drain the beverage and divide into 3 daily doses. Sweeten to taste.

Continual therapy with Osteodens herbal mixture is critical to achieving optimal effectiveness, particularly in old age. It is recommended to use for a continuous period of 3 months, followed with one-month break and continued quarterly treatments.
