Application

Instructions

Pour filter bag with 2dl of boiling water, leave for 15 minutes, drink freshly prepared twice a day. The herbal powder is finely ground herbs that need to be united in honey, yogurt, sour milk, kefir or soybean molasses.

Preparation with honey

In a jar of honey (1kg) pour a bag of herbal powder (15 g), stir until the mixture becomes compact. Consume so prepared balm twice daily 1-2 teaspoons on an empty stomach, at least 15 minutes before a meal.

Preparation with yoghurt or the like

Take a teaspoon top or a knife of herbal powder, put in 2 dl yoghurt, stir and drink on an empty stomach, at least 15 min. before a meal.
